Consent for Operation (CFO)/ Consent to Operate (CTO) From SPCB

Under the provisions of Water & Air Acts, once the industry or process plant is established along with the required pollution control systems, the project proponent is required to obtain Consent to Operate (CTO) the unit. This consent is given for a particular period, which needs to be renewed regularly.
